Plan Description

You will know you’re home when you step inside this family style log home with its living areas arranged on first level and sleeping areas on the second floor. Upon entering from the covered front porch, you will notice a handy seat in the foyer, ideal for winter unbundling. To the right, the formal dining room looks out to the L-shaped stair. Windows brighten the breakfast nook as it combines with the island kitchen. Step down into the living room where a crackling fireplace offers warmth on w wintry evening. When night falls, head upstairs to find a deluxe master bedroom with private bath and three secondary bedrooms sharing a hall bath. This rustic two-story log home plan has plenty to offer.

Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.	$915.00

	Mirror Reverse Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the house plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the house the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans.	$15.00
